At Simpson Marine, we’re committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Who are we?

Welcome to Simpson Marine, a family run business established in Newhaven in the early 1980's by Russell Simpson and now run by Aran and Christian Simpson..

We obtain information about you when you contact us about our services, or make a purchase.

The personal information we collect will include your name, address, email address, telephone number(s), and details of your boat, engine(s) and any electronic equipment that you have purchased from us or that we maintain for you. We will have a record of your vessel insurance if you use our boat storage facility.

  • to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us;
  • deal with any warranty claims;
  • provide you with storage a storage facility for your vessel;

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.
